Productflex Features


It doesn't matter if you have ten or ten thousand products, Productflex can help you to categorise, filter and attach relevant information (such as images or PDF documents).
 

Create

  • Create new products fast with their own unique assigned Product Code
  • Specify the Manufacturer/Supplier Code or ID for reference internally or for display on your public website
  • Set a unique selling price for your products
  • Write a unique product description for every product in your database
  • Write unique product notes, separate to the product description used to list technical specifications.

Organise

  • Organise and sort products numerically by Product Code or alphabetically by product name
  • Create categories and sub-categories for products
  • Assign a brand, manufacturer or supplier to a product
  • Categorise products to belong to a single product category, or multiple product categories
  • Create filters to work as a 'tag' for each of your product characteristics
  • Utilise the optional Mass Asset Join function in Media Manager to assign relevant images or PDF documents to a product
  • Use the optional Import/Export functions in Media Manager to avoid re-entry of existing products

Filter

  • List products with their unique product names
  • Filter and tag products based on a single filter, or multiple filters
  • Search through your products to find them for editing in the product administration area using powerful Siteflex search
  • Insert a relevant video from YouTube or Streamflex for each product in your database. eg: product demonstration videos
