We've optimised the process for inserting images in the Siteflex editor.

Instead of deciding which image thumbnail sizes you need during the upload process, you can now simply select the size you need when inserting the image.

As part of these updates, we've removed the thumbnail size checkboxes in Upload Media.

    Make shoppier easier with QuickShop

Customers can navigate your products even easier than before with Siteflex's new QuickShop feature. Simplify your shopping experience by allowing shoppers to add to the cart straight from the products list, making your eCommerce site one step simpler.

The QuickShop feature is a simpler, slimmer, more efficient view of your product. It allows your customers to see detailed essential information without having to navigate away to another page. This'll help your customers to:

    • Make a quicker decision about whether or not they want to purchase the product.
    • Move on faster to another product if they're not happy with the one they're viewing.
    • Avoid clicking "back" to return to the product list.
    • Not lose their place on the product list.

QuickShop can be customised to suit your website, and all product data is pulled from the same product, so the way you manage your products doesn't change (even though the shopping experience just got so much better!).

Feel like you could use a QuickShop Upgrade? Let us know!

Social Media is the new email, right?
Apparently not according to new research...

The best way to reach your audience online is still email, according to a recent report by Lee Hawksley. While the social media revolution rages on and gains momentum, it seems that sending emails to your customers is still the best way to reach them.

When you think about it, it makes sense; an email is personal and arrives in your inbox, whereas a social media campaign is targeted to everyone. It's a bulk statement with not a lot of personality, but an email can be tailed to the particular audience you're trying to target.

It's easy to skip past a social media post in the longwinded world that is the Newsfeed, but when an email arrives in your inbox, it catches your attention.

Hawksley stated that “Email is simply the first priority as consumers start their digital day and goes to show that, despite the social revolution, email is still strong. This trend should influence the way in which marketing messages are disseminated to Australian consumers in the morning.”

Of course, that is not to say that you should immediately cease posting to your company's Facebook, Twitter or any other number of social media platforms out there, but it does mean that if you've skimmed past email as a marketing tool then perhaps you should think again.

So how can you do this? Well, that's where Mailflex comes in!

Mailflex is the perfect tool for sending out email campaigns. With the ability to send to hundreds of thousands of emails in a relatively short time, your message could be out there in people's inboxes getting them excited about your business!
