Important Mailflex update: Drafts, Outbox, Sent
Tweet This11 March, 2010
Today we are unveiling some great usability improvements to the increasingly utilised Mailflex module.
Mailouts are now distinctly separated into three categories:

- Drafts
Mailouts that available for editing and modification - those that you are currently working on, but are not ready to be scheduled to be sent out.
- Outbox
Mailouts that have been approved and scheduled to be sent. Outbox Mailouts cannot be modified, but may be put back to draft and worked on further. Otherwise these outbound Mailouts will eventually end up being sent to their respective recipient lists based on the set send date.
- Sent
Mailouts that have been previously sent. These Mailouts cannot be modified, but are available as a record of what past mailouts have been sent and may be made copies of, creating a new draft Mailout.
We've also made it a requirement that Mailouts be scheduled at least 30 minutes into the future - to further insure everything is correct and last minute changes can be made if required (as they often seem to do!).
We're hoping these changes help make Mailflex an even easier tool to use for sending your Mailouts. Enjoy!
