Mass Asset Join in Media Manager

The Mass Asset Join function in Media Manager allows Siteflex administrators to automatically attach images and other documents (ie. PDF documents) to a single product based on it's Product Code. For example:

• An image named PC_1234.jpg (or AZ_1234.jpg) will be automatically joined to the Product with a Product Code of 1234. It will then be added to that Product's Image Gallery and can then be displayed on that Product's page on your website.

• A relevant PDF file (eg. product specifications or a brochure) will be automatically joined to a Product if the file name includes a defined Product Code. So, PC_nike-5678.pdf will be attached to the product with a code of nike-5678.

Mass Asset Join is also often used to quickly create thumbnails of images at specific required sizes, across a directory (and optionally subdirectories). Handy for when Images have been uploaded without the thumbnails required by the website's design.
