Siteflex newsletter

Hi Joey,

Last month the Siteflex team went away for a few days to discuss and plan some new Siteflex features and interface improvements. We came up with some great new ideas for Siteflex, but more than that we discussed ways to implement some of the suggestions from different Siteflex users (more about this below!). But it wasn’t all hard work - we also saddled up and did some horse riding, which was lots of fun. Take a look at some of the pics in our gallery.

Horsing around!

We’re now back and refreshed - ready to add some cool new features to Siteflex!

Delete pictures and other assets

We like to listen to what users want. One of the features that many users have been requesting lately is the ability to delete assets (such as images and other files) from Siteflex.

Bin it!This is a great idea, however it’s a feature that could potentially cause havoc with many people’s websites if it wasn’t done correctly (users accidentally deleting images from their homepage, for example) and so we really wanted to take the time to do it well. We’re getting very close to having it ready - we’re just ironing out a few of the remaining kinks - and it should be released very soon.

We’ll announce it on our Facebook page, so be sure to ‘like’ Siteflex to be notified when it’s ready. If you have any suggestions for how Siteflex could be further improved - don’t keep it to yourself. We’d love to know about it!

AIS conference

Later this month we'll be exhibiting at the AIS IT conference in the Hunter Valley. The event explores innovative solutions and technologies in regards to school & education ICT infrastructure. The Expo features three days of conferences for representatives from various independent schools with inspirational talks on technology and the future of digital learning, which is fast becoming a huge part of many independent schools. Siteflex will be exhibiting at the Conference for its flexible web system capabilities in the realm of education.

Siteflex at AIS

The AIS Conference will be held 9-11th of May 2012 in the Hunter Valley. We’ve really enjoyed the conference in previous years and eagerly look forward to this year. Come and say hello if you're there!

We have a winner!

Facebook winner!Last newsletter we ran a little competition where we gave away a set of 4 jumbo Siteflex mugs to someone who ‘liked’ our Facebook page. The winner is Kent, who works in IT services at Macarthur Anglican School. You can see him here proudly holding one of his brand-new mugs. Congrats Kent!

Be sure to like the Siteflex Facebook page to be kept up-to-date with everything Siteflex (including more competitions)!
