Siteflex takes the headache out of selling We’ve made a number of improvements to the Siteflex eCommerce module, strengthening Siteflex as the perfect solution for big and small businesses alike. Here are a few of the newer features that makes Siteflex particularly effective. How much will shipment cost?  Siteflex has introduced a new shipping estimator. Customers don’t have to guess how much shipping is going to cost. They simply type in their postcode and the Siteflex shipping estimator will display the postage cost to get the item delivered to their door. Of course, the total shipping amount may change if they add further items to the cart, but this is a helpful feature and ultimately means there’s now less getting in the way of making a sale.
When will I receive my product?  Estimated time of arrival can be inserted into Siteflex and added to the customer’s invoice. Sometimes things don’t go to plan and ETAs have to change but Siteflex can handle this as the estimated time of arrival can be updated when necessary.
Can I track my shipment?  Siteflex now supports Track and trace. Once a customer has made a purchase, it’s important that they actually receive their product! With Siteflex, you can use the freight method that suits your business, choosing from popular methods and freight companies. Once the product has been sent, copy the consignment number into Siteflex and a consignment notification is sent to the customer with a link to track their package. This is great stuff and has a number of benefits:
- All eCommerce data (including the shipping data) is kept within Siteflex. You don’t need to manage multiple systems.
- Your customers are able to follow their package in real-time, knowing exactly where it is at every stage of the journey, via links sent through Siteflex.
- As the notification emails are sent through Siteflex, you can style them to match your website - it’s details like these that helps make your company appear bigger than it really is.
