Import and Export functions in Media Manager

Siteflex Import and Export functions help to manage data in the Siteflex system. Records can be associated with any pre-configured categories or filters. Data for Products, Contacts or Pages can be imported from, or exported to a comma or tab seperated (CSV) file.
 

Import your existing data

The Import function in Media Manager allows you to import and map specific items to pre-configured categories. It allows you to map each field of from the CSV file with fields on the existing system. The preview function helps in visualising the end result of the import function. Also it allows records to be associated with any pre-configured categories/filters. This is shown in the image below.


 

Export your data

Media Manager also allows you to export Productflex data to a CSV file for backup or third party software use. Exporting data out of siteflex system is easy and straight forward. Select the database type and filter records based on any categories. Siteflex allows choice of fields to be exported.
