Placement & Style

  • Attach a form to any page in Siteflex or any content zone. Attaching your form to a specific content zone will give you the flexibility in choosing where to display a form.
  • Your forms can be styled to compliment
    your website colours and theme.


Form Fields

  • Default primary contact fields such as contact information and address fields are automatically setup and ready for you to use.
  • Create your own custom form fields to capture unique data. Choose the name of the field, allowing you to ask any question in your form and capture the response from your website users.
  • Create a custom drop-down menu containing multiple response options for a question (mutually exclusive)
  • Create a custom radio button containing multiple response options for a question (mutually exclusive)
