 Formflex Updates
We've been working hard on a substantial update to Formflex. The most significant overall change that has arrived with Formflex v2 is the dramatic increase in flexibility in the options for form setup. Not only can you define as many custom fields as needed, but defining your own selectable drop-down, radio button and checkbox options are now Formflex realities.
The interface has also been upgraded, shifting usability up a gear in-line with the majority of Siteflex's other modules. The ability to sort, search and move through potentially thousands of queries with ease is now possible.

Other Siteflex updates
- Single-Screen Content Editing
 For websites with complex multi-content areas (see an example of multi-content areas to the right), this new Content edit mode allows quick and easy updating of content areas, all on the one screen.
Single-Screen Content Editing is now a standard feature for any template with multiple content areas, just look for the Edit All Page Content (for regular web pages) and Edit All Mail Content (for mailflex) buttons in Siteflex (as seen in the image below).
 Google Talk Chatback on your Siteflex Website
Adding another notch to the suite of supported third party web page elements is the new Google Talk Chatback badge insertion functionality. Google Chatback allows website visitors to easily chat with you via Siteflex. See News for details on inserting the Google Chatback component into your Siteflex WYSIWYG today.
- Snapflex Gallery Upgrades
- The "Organise Gallery" screen is now a lot more efficient in that it fits a lot more images on the one screen. To reorder images, use the "Organise Gallery" screen to do so.
- The "Gallery Settings" page has been streamlined for ease of use, and is thus less imposing to use.
- The "Manage Gallery" screen now has a "Clear Captions" button to remove all captions from the selected Gallery. See the image below.

Siteflex Case Study
YouthSurge is a large Ministry that is vastly expanding all the time. Due to the demand that comes with such growth, YouthSurge believed it was time to update their website.
While YouthSurge had to put a lot of consideration into the design, aimed at a youth-based demographic, the website really needed to be resourceful. The site had to be a library of assets loaded with regular news and blogs, and easily downloaded and/or purchased documents. The site needed to be easily managed and updated. Our solution was the addition of three time based events, as well as blogs and news features on the home page. This site really tests the boundaries of Siteflex, and at the same time is an example of how versatile the design can be when using the structure of Siteflex!
